On Monday, April 27th, Dr. Mariarita Salvitti (Pediatric Urology Fellow; Miami Children's Hospital), an Italian trained physician discussed her day-to-day activities as a physician and her experience trying to find a job in the United States following medical training oversees. She explained the differences between studying medicine in Italy rather than in America and presented a video of a pediatric surgery that she participated in.
