Recap of the MAPS Awards and Celebration Ceremony, and The St Mark's Community Health Project Fundraiser- April 24, 2014

The event took place in the Andy Gato Gallery to celebrate all the accomplishments, and personal experiences of MAPS this academic year while also gathering support for a worthy cause. Barry students and faculty members from MAPS, Barry Nursing Division, and the St. Mark's Community Health Project joined together.

MAPS Medical Shadowing Coordinator, Roberto Alouidor is recognized for his contributions to MAPS.
 MAPS Fundraising Chair, Pei Shan Cheung is recognized for her contributions to MAPS.
 MAPS Treasure, Cyndie Derne is recognized for her contributions to MAPS.

MAPS Vice President, Martha Lopez is appreciated for her outstanding leadership qualities and support by the MAPS executive board.

Associate Director of Career Services, Mrs. Shaunelle Wall is recognized for her support and dedication to MAPS, providing opportunities for students to network with health professionals, and career development workshops.
Ms. Sumera Ackbarali, is recognized for her efforts to educate and provide information on health career opportunities for MAPS  members.
Dr. Glenn Bowen, CCSI Director, is recognized for his assistance and partnership with the Box Tops for Education Campus Drive benefiting North Miami Middle School students. 

Barry Faculty, Dr. Paula Delpech, is recognized for her work on behalf of under-served communities and mentorship of MAPS members.

 MAPS President, Precious Ezeamama, receives the spring 2014 Founding Member Scholarship Award.
